Our initial consultation fee reflects an extended length of the initial consultation, as an indepth interview is conducted to gain information about a new condition. Subsequent visits pertaining to the same condition within 3 months of the last visit, will be charged at a lower subsequent consultation rate. Private patients are required to pay for their consultation at the time of the appointment - we offer instant health fund rebates in most cases. EFTPOS and credit card facilities are available.

We are registered providers with Workcover, Department of Veterans’ Affairs, NDIS, My Aged Care and Medicare. We welcome referrals from GPs under the Medicare EPC (Enhanced Primary Care) program, which attracts a rebate.

For all appointment types, we ask that you give 24 hours notice for any changes to appointments. Failure to give 24 hours notice will result in you being asked to prepay for your appointment cost. This is non-refundable if you fail to attend.

We offer longer appointments than our competitors and pride ourselves on being thorough with our assessments. We do not ethically agree with Private health insurers Preferred Provider schemes for these reasons.
