Brayden is a Senior Physiotherapist and Titled Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist, accredited by the Australian Physiotherapy Association in 2025. With a Master’s degree in Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy from La Trobe University, Brayden combines advanced clinical expertise with real-world sporting experience to help athletes and active individuals recover, perform, and excel.
Brayden has worked extensively in elite sporting environments, including time with the Brisbane Broncos, Penrith Panthers, Mackay Cutters, Mackay Meteors, and NRL referees. These roles have equipped him with a deep understanding of high-performance injury management, rehabilitation, and athlete development, making him ideally positioned to support anyone with sporting or strength goals.
His strong background as a rugby league player competing in A-Grade competitions, representing the Mackay Cutters, and playing for QLD Universities State of Origin gives Brayden firsthand insight into the physical and mental demands of sport. Combined with his experience with ASCA Strength and Conditioning, he offers a unique blend of physiotherapy and performance expertise to help clients return stronger and reach their peak potential.
