Dylan is an experienced and passionate Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a Bachelor of Health Science, a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Oncology Rehabilitation.

With a strong sporting background as a long-distance runner, including marathons and ultra-marathons, Dylan brings both personal and professional insight to his practice. He has a particular interest in oncology rehabilitation, neurological and musculoskeletal conditions, and designing exercise programs that are both evidence-based and highly personalised.

Dylan specialises in working collaboratively with individuals to help them achieve meaningful outcomes—whether they are managing a long-term injury, returning to sport, or looking to build strength and capacity. His approach is thoughtful and adaptive, ensuring exercise is tailored to each person’s condition, goals, and capabilities.

He also provides sports-specific strength and conditioning programs across a range of disciplines, including basketball, football (AFL and NRL), soccer, and endurance sports. Dylan is committed to helping people—whether athletes or members of the general population—train smarter, move better, and get the best out of themselves.
