Alex started with Active Physiotherapy in 2022 in the role of Therapy Assistant. Since starting, she has been assisting the physiotherapists with their National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) patients, helping them improve through exercise and hydrotherapy programs.
This experience has sparked a strong passion for helping people improve their strength, mobility, and achieve their goals. Alex is currently studying Sport and Exercise Science and is about to begin her Master’s in Exercise Physiology to further her skills and knowledge in the field.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys playing hockey, spending time outdoors exploring, or hanging out with her dogs and family. She looks forward to meeting all kinds of people, expanding her knowledge, and helping as many people as she can.
